Refunds
In the event that you are being issued with a refund, please allow up to 14 days for funds to show in your account. Refunds must go to the same card used to make the purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.

Rathwood reserves the right to make a decision on the damage incurred after inspection to determine whether this was a manufacturer issue or through misuse of the product. Covers may undergo some fading when exposed to direct sunlight or stored improperly, in this case, colour fading is not covered by a warranty.
