Refunds
In the event that you are being issued with a refund, please allow up to 14 days for funds to show in your account. Refunds must go to the same card used to make the purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.
These Alexander Parasols are operated using a crank and locking pin system. Simply rotate the crank to raise your parasol up to the desired height and place the brass pin in one of the pole holes to secure. To lower the parasol remove the locking pin and rotate the crank. We all enjoy sitting in the sun but sometimes it can get just a little too hot to handle and then you need this large parasol. The canopy is made with long-lasting spun-poly material and is highly durable, machine washable at 40c, abrasion, shrink and fade resistant plus its Scotch guarded and PU treated.

Parasols should not be left standing on a table when not in use and we recommend you store them in a clean and dry location.
