Please Note: we cannot accept returns of upholstered furniture once it has been removed from its packaging for any length of time, unless there is a manufacturing flaw in the item. Arrangements can be made if this is the case but it may take slightly longer than usual.
Refunds
In the event that you are being issued with a refund, please allow up to 14 days for funds to show in your account. Refunds must go to the same card used to make the purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.

Notes: If your cover rips, the cover is covered by a 1-year warranty. Covers that seem to be ripped using force or cut by sharp objects cannot be replaced. Rathwood reserve the right to make a decision on the damage incurred after inspection to decipher whether this was a manufacturer issue or through misuse of the product. Covers may undergo some fading when exposed to direct sunlight or stored improperly, in this case, colour fading is not covered by the warranty. Please store your cushions separately in a dry place to avoid stains/damage.
