Refunds
In the event that you are being issued with a refund, please allow up to 14 days for funds to show in your account. Refunds must go to the same card used to make the purchase. We do not offer cash refunds.
Many parasols come with their own heavy base unit but for those that don’t, there is always this one. Weighing in at 11kg and with a screw clamp to fix the parasol pole to the base, this unit will ensure gusts of wind will not affect your canopy. Let’s face it; the last thing you want in the middle of a meal is to see your parasol sailing over the rooftops!
